John Calicchio has been a securities industry executive for over 25 years. He brings extensive industry knowledge in operations, compliance, sales, and trading from both the buy and sell side. Prior to becoming President/CEO of ICON Capital Group, Mr. Calicchio was Chief Operating Officer for Pete Schiff’s Euro Pacific Capital for over a decade. Mr. Calicchio was Senior Vice-President of Equity Capital Markets at The Seidler Companies and Director/NASDAQ Trading at UBS Securities in Stamford, CT. He is a past president of The Securities Traders Association of Los Angeles (STALA). In his spare time, he is a private pilot who enjoys flying and working on antique cars and motorcycles.

He received his BBA in Political Science from the University of Miami, FL, and holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University.
